Job DescriptionJob Title: QA/Regulatory Support Representative:
Location: Duluth GA
Duration: 2 Months (Could be extend)
Shift: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
BASIC PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for reviewing customer documentation and communication to comply with customer requirements.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
Temporary
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of basic food safety, quality, regulatory and HSE programs.
Basic understanding of the food manufacturing process.
Aware of quality standards and the importance of the standards as it pertains to role (SQF, ISO)
Knowledge of regulations as they pertain to food defense, food security and occupational safety.
Understands product limits (specifications) and end use.
Maintains and updates customer requirements and perform duties that are needed to meet these requirements.
Maintains incoming and outgoing tracker to measure success.
Performs other duties as assigned
REPORTS TO:
Customer Care Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
This position requires two to three years food manufacturing experience, knowledge of Regulatory, food safety, quality assurance and sustainability programs, and basic computer skills.
REASONING SKILLS:
Must use logical thought processes and deductive reasoning. Must be able to evaluate data for the purpose of determining process adherence and determine proper responses to customer requests.
