Job summary
The Respiratory Therapist is a Non-Exempt position that reports to the Respiratory Market Director. This role assists respiratory therapists in preparing for and providing patient care.This role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, particularly in a stressful environment where appropriate action must be taken quickly.
The essential functions of the position include delivering routine therapy as delegated by a therapist, responding to codes, and assisting with emergent situations by assessing patient conditions and providing the necessary treatment.
