    Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC , established in 2009, is a growing, behavioral healthcare treatment platform treating adults with substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions under the Northpoint Recovery brand and adolescents with mental healthcare conditions under the Imagine by Northpoint brand.

    The Company serves patients with commercial health insurance and is an in-network model.

    Northpoint has grown from two facilities to fifteen today entirely on a de novo basis with plans to expand rapidly in both existing and new markets.

    We are seeking an innovative and experienced leader to take on our continued sustained growth as we scale our business in the months and years ahead.

    The ideal incumbent is creative, service oriented, self-sufficient with a proven track record of success in recruiting hard to fill positions.

    As a key member of the Northpoint team, this person is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the recruitment process and drive initiatives to attract, recruit, hire and retain talent for Northpoint.

    In addition to having direct recruitment responsibilities, this person will lead the implementation of an ATS, standardizing effective hiring processes, and all aspects of new talent recruiting.

    The ideal incumbent will have a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices including building an optimized candidate and hiring manager experience in both professional and high-volume recruiting capacities.

    This position plays a critical role in assessing and anticipating hiring needs in advance and ensuring we hire the best possible talent.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
    Build high impact and cost-effective talent acquisition processes that yield world-class talent at the speed and scale required by Northpoint
    Build out scalable processes and strategically partner with business leaders to support their current and future talent needs
    Develop a competitive advantage by operating in front of talent needs and keep a strong pulse on industry changes
    Grow a strong employer brand presence and create consistent visibility of career opportunities at Northpoint
    Maintain a diligent focus on the candidate experience, striving to constantly improve our hiring process
    Foster a talent advisor mindset with internal customers and teams
    Develop, select, implement and manage social media and other technology-based strategies to attract top-rate candidates for key positions. Demonstrate and ensure expert use of social media sources, resume harvesting and parsing, databases, and job boards to source and pursue qualified candidates
    Integrate talent acquisition processes through partnership with the expanded HR team and hiring managers to provide a stellar onboarding process that will delight our new hires as they are welcomed to the organization
    Create and implement recruiting strategies and specific process improvements to drive and improve quality of hire, time to fill, and team productivity
    Build, deploy, and manage a compelling narrative detailing to jobseekers the value of employment within our organization. Devise go to market strategy, marketing, and media to make Northpoint accessible and visible to jobseekers
    Continually revisit the employee value proposition to ensure market positioning is "fresh" and current
    Implement an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Train hiring managers on their role in the ATS system; serve as the subject matter expert
    Coaches and supports hiring managers to select excellent candidates
    Recruit passive candidates by making connections with qualified individuals who are not actively applying for new employment using a variety of recruiting and social media tools
    Maintain appropriate recruiting metrics, leverage data to create actionable intelligence for business leaders
    Participate in external recruiting activities such as job fairs and industry recruiting and networking events
    Ensure all professionally licensed staff possess the applicable licenses, certifications, registrations, and/or experience to meet the required qualifications and job responsibilities for their role, in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations
    Assist in compensation research survey input and compilation of salary data for hiring decisions
    Adhere to all company policies and procedures
    Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
    Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS


    FOR POSITION:
    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience required
    PHR or SPHR certification preferred
    Minimum of 3 years' proven full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a healthecare or hospital setting
    Experience creating, implementing, and maintaining talent acquisition programs at scale
    Experience designing and managing campus recruiting initiatives and relationships both in-person and virtually
    Ability to comprehend organizational objectives and design talent acquisition approaches that ensure the business is positioned with world-class talent to attain defined objectives
    Proven ability to coordinate and align a diverse set of business stakeholders at all levels of a business
    Assess program and process effectiveness and demonstrate ROI
    Must be able to think strategically while also prioritizing day-to-day tasks
    Functional talent acquisition experience across business units and stakeholders building integrated communications and metric architecture that connects business units to overall organizational goals and talent outcomes
    Must provide stellar communication to a remote/offsite team on a day-to-day basis
    Advanced understanding of talent acquisition trends and best practices
    Experience with a growing company with multiple entities and geographic locations preferred
    Must be willing to embrace the mission and actively support the unique culture and core values of Northpoint, and our work

    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
    Completion of a tuberculin screening during first week of employment
    Completion of a pre-employment drug screening, post-accident and upon reasonable suspicion of use
    Completion of orientation and required paperwork, including all Company policy acknowledgments
    Demonstrated computer literacy
    Attendance at all mandatory staff development and training
    Completion of a background check, and professional references check

    Job Type:
    Full-Time


    Salary:
    $110,000 - $130,000 annual salary
