    The Commerce, Growth & Identity (CGI) team is dedicated to three business-critical areas at Disney that will help transform its media business.

    They create seamless user experiences for consumers who can choose from a wide range of subscription plans, enabling more choice and flexibility.

    The CGI team is also focused on building innovative and cutting-edge capabilities that will drive subscriptions, engagement, and monetization across Disney's streaming and digital products.

    We are looking for a tenured product manager to lead in our billing, invoicing, and tax space.

    Sitting at the center of our direct billing platform, this person needs to understand the entire subscription lifecycle from sign up to renewal to churn in order to effectively define priorities and develop strategies for extending our billing, invoicing, and tax capabilities and move our business forward.

    Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for the billing, invoicing, and tax space, individually and within the context of the larger commerce platformProvide domain expertise and leadership for billing, invoice, and tax related products, features, and functionality to serve business and customer needsWork cross functionally with members of the product, legal, data & analytics, design, business, and engineering teams to identify requirements for new features that ensure complianceMaintain all necessary JIRA tasks, boards and detailed documentation across teams, as well as all necessary communication to internal stakeholdersTranslate inputs and business needs into detailed product requirements documents and user stories for engineering teams to executeDevelop a product roadmap that accomplishes business/customer goals and aligns with the team charterBasic Qualifications You have at least 7 years of product management experienceBachelor's degree requiredYou have experience using JIRA and other product and project management toolsYou have excellent written and oral communication skillsYou're an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills You have an ability to make quick decisions to solve complex technical and operational challengesYou're familiar with working on projects with distributed teams, making use of technology and process to overcome the challenges of working with remote staffPreferred QualificationsMBA or technical degree preferredYou have experience working on a subscription productYou have experience working with an internationally distributed digital productYou excel at coordinating multiple projects at a timeYou enjoy developing thoughtful and concise requirements through memos and user stories.

    The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

    A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
