    Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care



    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Good Samaritan, a not-for-profit organization that has provided over 100 years of housing and services to seniors with a commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment.



    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where they can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As an RN at Good Samaritan, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and promoting overall well-being.



    Responsibilities:



    • Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide high-quality patient care

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate resident care plans

    • Demonstrate competency in providing age-specific standard nursing practices as designated by their clinical setting

    • Care for residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance diagnosis treatment responsibility including coordination resident assessment education support variety interventions goals needs may serve charge nurse delegate tasks appropriate license unlicensed assistive personnel within job descriptions skills competence level requires adequate assistance support ensure safe reliable administration resident resolution concerns functions scope standards practice outlined nurse practice act administrative rules state licensure professional recognizes published American Nurses Association foundation delivery conduct incentives benefits offered qualify full-time part-time depending eligibility include health dental vision life retirement balance healthy package home-work
