    Commercial Tenant Account Representative

    We are seeking an experienced Tenant Account Representative to join our team at Benderson Development. This individual will play a key role in managing tenant accounts within our commercial real estate portfolio.

    The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with attention to detail and high communication ability. Key Responsibilities:

    • Payment Monitoring & Tracking: • Regularly review open rent reports and monthly accounts receivable reports to identify lapses in tenant payments.
    • Tenant Communication & Collections: • Engage with tenants behind on lease payments via phone calls or emails /letters, negotiating repayment plans when necessary.
    • Account Management & Reporting: • Track payment history, update records,&& document billing histories using report reviews and scanned check systems / software applications like AS400/MRI. anbsp;•& nbsp;;
