Lutron Electronics has an immediate opening for a Commercial Shade Specialist on our Commercial Shades Inside Team at Lutron's Las Vegas office location. On the Commercial Shades Inside Team, you will have the opportunity to make a long-lasting, positive impact on the service we provide to our commercial shade customers and develop your career through meaningful customer interactions, immersive product training and cross team collaboration. By providing a world class customer experience, you will have a direct impact on the growth and success of Lutrons commercial shade business.

• Interact with commercial shade customers as the one-stop solution for all their needs from product quotations to expedite requests to problem resolution
• Work through the organization as the voice of the customer to prevent and solve issues in a timely manner
• Utilize your creative and outside of the box thinking skills to propose solutions to the challenges of our commercial shade business
• Build a strong knowledge of our innovative commercial shade solutions and business tools
• Foster loyalty with commercial shade customers by maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional service
• Grow our commercial shade business by providing timely and accurate responses to quote requests
• Ensure project success by managing product delivery in collaboration with commercial shade dealers
• Uphold our position as the industry leader with your impressive communication, product knowledge and problem-solving skills

• Bachelors degree with 0-3 years of customer facing/technical experience OR Associates degree with 3+ years of customer facing/technical experience
• Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA in degree
• Must be located within commutable distance of Las Vegas NV to accommodate in-office schedule
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint with an ability to efficiently work in fast-paced environment while navigating multiple systems
