Opportunity:

RN - L&D

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week

• 13-week contract assignment

• Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation required

• Minimum 2 years of OB experience with Labor and Delivery experience required

• Required certifications: AHA BLS, Advanced NRP, Wisconsin RN license

• EPIC charting experience preferred

• Must be Labor and Delivery competent

• Can be placed on low census/call with 2-hour minimum call back

• Any scrub color permitted

• Associate Degree or Certificate required

• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours

• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy

• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility

Facility:

This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive obstetrics unit featuring an 11-bed Labor and Delivery department and 8-bed Post Partum unit, handling approximately 1,350 deliveries annually with an average monthly delivery rate of 112. The facility utilizes EPIC electronic medical records and maintains variable daily census levels. The organization emphasizes high-quality maternal and newborn care with modern equipment and experienced staff support.
