The Certified Surgical Technologist reports to the OR Clinical manager.The Certified Surgical Technologist is an integral part of the OR team and works under the supervision of the registered nurse and delegator authority of the surgeon to facilitate the safe and effective management of surgical procedures by possessing the expertise in theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique.
