Monarch Primary Care is an *established, physician-led Direct Primary Care practice* in the beautiful coastal community of *San Luis Obispo, California*.

We are seeking a *full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician* who is ready to step away from corporate medicine and into a model that prioritizes patients, relationships, and physician fulfillment.

This is a rare opportunity to join a mature DPC practice with strong infrastructure, thoughtful leadership, and a sustainable, lifestyle-forward approach to primary care.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Passion for relationship-based primary care
