- Previous administrative experience required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, supervisors, and general employees
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Reads and routes incoming email
- Organizes and maintains file system
- Answers and screens manager's telephone calls
- Greet scheduled visitors
- Assure communication and coordination between Culinary & all other hotel departments
- Checks payroll daily and makes edits as needed & approve time cards
- Assist with scheduling and paid time off requests
- Attends daily BEO meeting and communicate changes throughout Culinary
- Keep detailed records of orders/invoices, employee certifications and meeting notes
- Enter Purchase Order requests as requested by F&B/Culinary supervisors and receive the items in once they arrive
- Any other duties or information requested by Executive Chef
