    AirSystems Unlimited, LLC. providing service to the Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN areas is seeking a full-time Client Specialist - Customer Service Representative with integrity and a great attitude to keep our HVAC business flowing As a Client Specialist - Customer Service Representative, our customer care team will rely on you to manage incoming phone calls and emails regarding service, maintenance, replacement requests, and scheduling orders. You will also communicate directly with our field technicians to create, dispatch, and invoice orders while accurately and efficiently scheduling HVAC appointments.     A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

    As our Client Specialist - Customer Service Representative, you are the "go-to" person for our company. A lot of information flows through our office, and you have your hand in many aspects of our HVAC company. You respond to customer calls and emails with a positive and cheerful attitude and ensure you are answering their questions and finding appropriate solutions to their needs. You pride yourself on having strong organizational skills, and you accurately and carefully schedule service calls for our field technicians. You understand the importance of maximizing time and efficiency, while not compromising customer satisfaction. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service

    Using your natural talent for creating seamless processes, you keep everything in the office running smoothly. You enjoy working on a team and understand that doing your job well contributes to the overall success of the company.     CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALIFICATIONS

    • Excellent clerical office experience and excellent computer skills
    • Excellent written and oral language skills (proper grammar, spelling, punctuation a MUST)
    • Natural customer service skills
    • Self-motivated
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, etc.
    • On time and excellent attendance
    • Ability to effectively communicate as a liaison between customers, technicians, and the company
    • Coachable, friendly, and helpful
    • Be a well-rounded professional who is good at juggling multiple tasks at a time
