    Description
    The Senior Pricing Analyst will assess inputs and documents from proposal team members and advise for sufficiency.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Subcontracts, Small Business Office, Program Business Support, Compliance, or HR on specific proposals and portfolio processes.

    Review proposal team inputs to ensure compliance with government regulations, including TINA, and certified cost or pricing data, including compliance with internal company policies, Cost Estimating System Manual (CESM), FAR, CAS, and solicitation requirements and address deviations.

    Interface with client and internal auditors and provide audit support to ensure understanding of financial data, methodology, and applicability under appropriate government regulations.

    Advise regarding pre-contract discussions and negotiations of contract awards as appropriate. Perform account-based analyses on competitive cost, price trends, and historical bid price points for specific proposals or subaccounts.

    Job Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience pricing various contract types within the government services industry
    • 7 +years of experience pricing in federal government environment
    Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
    Ability to counsel proposal teams on price strategy based on historical data.
    Experience developing or delivering price strategy presentations or analyses and training to executives and key decision-makers.
    Ability to obtain a security clearance.

    Additional Qualifications:
    Experience with using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    Knowledge of system integration and the use of information technology and advanced intelligence systems and tools
    Ability to support a fast-paced, high-volume, and diverse workload.
    Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or Contracts
