- 5+ years of WorkDay Research, Grants Management, and Endowments experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent ability to drive teams through process design and system configuration
- Executive presence in this client-facing role
- Experience doing one or more full life-cycle workday implementations to include both grants management and endowments.
- Workday certification in Research or related modules required
- Experience in Workday Research process and configuration options in order to be able to optimize processes and system improvements during the implementation that will improve overall departmental efficiency
- Healthcare Experience is a must in this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related discipline
- Master's degree preferred
- Workday certification
- Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through on-going skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations
- Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job
- Demonstrates a high level of maturity with demonstrated self-confidence and ability to make bi-lateral decisions together with client personnel
- Conducts self in a professional manner at all times
- Ability to work with peers in a team situation
- Professional handling of exposure to confidential/sensitive information
