    REQUIREMENT:

    Position: Senior Workday Research Lead

    Location: Fully remote

    Duration: 25+ months, through June 2026

    Job Description:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of WorkDay Research, Grants Management, and Endowments experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
    • Excellent ability to drive teams through process design and system configuration
    • Executive presence in this client-facing role
    • Experience doing one or more full life-cycle workday implementations to include both grants management and endowments.
    • Workday certification in Research or related modules required
    • Experience in Workday Research process and configuration options in order to be able to optimize processes and system improvements during the implementation that will improve overall departmental efficiency
    • Healthcare Experience is a must in this role.

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related discipline
    • Master's degree preferred
    • Workday certification

    • Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through on-going skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations
    • Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job
    • Demonstrates a high level of maturity with demonstrated self-confidence and ability to make bi-lateral decisions together with client personnel

    • Ability to work with peers in a team situation
    • Professional handling of exposure to confidential/sensitive information
