We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians Specializing in HVAC Repairs- WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Our company manages properties all over the Upstate, including Anderson, Greenville, Easley, Clemson, Spartanburg, Union, etc. Job provides a company vehicle--valid driver's license with a good driver record required. HVAC tech responsibilities include but are not limited to troubleshoot and diagnostic, make small minor repairs, part testing and replacement, ability to pull permits as needed, and full unit replacement repairs. Candidate needs minimum 2 years HVAC experience. Opportunity for overtime is available on a regular basis. All maintenance experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Represent Magnolia Property Management in a professional, courteous manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance specializing in HVAC/plumbing/painting/carpentry or electrical.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Valid drivers license, and vehicle
