    Job Title: Administrative Support

    About the Role

    This role provides essential administrative support to both the Learning & Development Group and Client Services, guided by department objectives and priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project and Program Support: Offer project support for team members, including scheduling meetings, teleconferences, appointments, and programs.
    • Firm Interface: Interact with attorneys and staff on behalf of the team with flexibility, resourcefulness, and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality.
    • Client Connect: Regularly review and update content on Client Connect pages and coordinate with related teams.
    • Process Documentation: Revise and update processes and documentation as necessary.

    Engagement and Development

    • Associate Committee: Ensure representation in each office; assist with scheduling calls and maintaining the committee roster and presence on Client Connect.
    • Internal and External Surveys: Create and distribute surveys; prepare communication templates, track responses, and manage gift distribution.
    • Attorney Coaching Engagement Tracking: Monitor coaching engagements, process payments, and ensure completion of vendor forms.
    • Internal Workshops/Events/Programs: Coordinate training programs, providing logistical and administrative support, including scheduling, materials preparation, catering coordination, and technology setup.
    • On-boarding/New Hire Check-ins: Assist with tracking new hires in each region.
    • Pathway Program: Manage mentor/mentee communications and assignments, and review terminations affecting mentor assignments.
    • Shadowing Program: Review shadowing activities and escalate issues as needed.

    Performance Management

    • Evaluation Committees: Serve as a resource for committee members and partners, organizing and distributing materials for meetings.
    • Non-Partner Attorney and Agent/Analyst Evaluation Process: Support the evaluation process by entering feedback, preparing charts, maintaining data, and assisting with the creation and delivery of evaluation materials. Handle projects with discretion and professionalism.

    This role requires effective management of multiple workstreams, collaborative teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring client service and satisfaction through the smooth execution of professional development initiatives in a dynamic environment.
