Job summary

This job involves performing administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers to facilitate efficient operation of the organization. It includes order fulfillment processing incoming orders invoicing customers shipping products responding to assigned tasks maintaining electronic filing systems providing customer service ensuring office cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Order fulfillment – processing incoming orders for warehouse products invoicing the customer and shipping the product
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
  • Maintain electronic filing system
  • Supplies excellent level of customer service using clear concise communication skills
  • Prioritize work efficiently assist accountants sales reps with tasks projects as needed perform duties assigned by management.
  • Contact facility Purchasing Departments to initiate process in order to be set up as Vendor in their system.
