    Description

    Service Advisors coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, assess customer concerns, and provide cost estimates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as liaison between service manager, shop foreman, parts personnel, technicians, and warranty administration.
    • Provide excellent customer service from service reception to vehicle release.
    • Write and verify accurate repair orders with supporting documentation.
    • Inspect vehicles to identify and verify mileage and service needs.
    • Translate customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians.
    • Review vehicle inspections with customers.
    • Prepare repair estimates.
    • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and communicate when the vehicle is ready for pickup.
    • Ensure parts are ordered for approved repairs/services.
    • Invoice and collect payments from customers for services rendered.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
    • Consult with technicians regarding necessary repairs.

    Requirements:

    • Adhere to the company's dress code policy.
    • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Posess excellent customer service and selling skills.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Computer proficiency.
    • Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
