    Volt is hiring for a Wire and Harness Assembler in an Aerospace Manufacturing Los Angeles, CA.
    Pay range $ $21.00
    Schedule Monday through Saturday
    Soldering experience needed, minimum 2 years.
    With supervision, perform basic and routine assembly operations on components, and subassemblies in
    accordance with military, aerospace and or other assembly standards using visual aids and verbal written
    instructions.
    Key Performance Indictors: List two to five measurable tasks that are key to indicating the performance level
    in this role:
    • Use measuring tools: ruler, scale, & tape measure
    • Wire Cutting
    • Wire Stripping
    • Wire Crimping
    • Shrink Tubing
    • Contact Loading/ Insertion
    • Simple Molding Techniques
    • Cable Routing/ Bundling
    • Splicing /Shield Termination
    • Backshell Assembly
    • Shrink Boots ,Markers and Transition Assembly
    • Torques
    • Solder Sleeves
    • MIL-STD experience preferred
    • IPC certification preferred
    • Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and be detailed oriented.
    • Maintain a clean, safe well organized work-station through routine housekeeping.
