    Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is now hiring an experienced Director of Nurseing (DON) Come join our amazing team
    Pay Range:
    $140,000 DOEWho we are:Three Rivers Care is part of the Caldera Care family. At Caldera Care we're known for our commitment to our staff and local communities in which we serve. Our goal is to provide the best possible care for our residents and instill a sense of confidence within the community. When a loved one comes to our skilled nursing facility, they will be well cared for, will feel heard, and will know that they matter.

    We strongly believe that the key to this is through our incredible staffWhat you will do:
    Responsible for the planning, organization, direction, supervision and evaluation of the nursing services provided in the centerEnsures nursing department compliance with federal, state and local regulations and implementation of center core nursing programsEnsures maintenance of records and reports for resident careEnsures the orientation and training of all nursing services personnelManages the nursing services department within budgetFollows all center policies and proceduresMust have:Current state RN licensure without enforcementPrevious DON experience of 3 years or more preferredCaldera Cares for youCompetitive pay scaleFull benefits package
