The BCBA plays a key leadership role within our School Program, providing behavior analytic services that support student growth, promote independence, and enhance quality of life. SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
- On-site position, weekdays, 40 hours per week
- Salary range $68,000-$71,000/year (Salary/Exempt).
- Salary based on skills and experience.
- Up to 8% annual bonus potential

- Deliver high-quality behavior services to students.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and educators.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Preference Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Behavioral Recommendations.
- Analyze behavioral data to guide treatment and student outcomes.
- Support classroom teams to ensure consistent behavioral programming.
- Participate in IEP/IDT meetings and collaborate with families and stakeholders.
- Monitor behavior trends, review incident reports, and recommend improvements.
- Promote best practices aligned with current research and regulatory standards.
- Help foster a positive, inclusive environment aligned with Helping Hand's mission and philosophy.

WHAT YOU BRING:
Education:
- Graduate degree from an accredited university with coursework in behavior analysis.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and adults as a behavior analyst or registered behavior technician.
- Experience with autism spectrum disorders and other diagnoses (i.e., intellectual disability, developmental delay, etc.).
- Ability to conduct and interpret assessments via team and individual evaluations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple urgencies as required.
- Present interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Must hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ongoing motor vehicle insurance.
- Ability to self-transport.
- Ability to promote and adhere to company values.
- A commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about to assist students, access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- The ability to observe details at a close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- Consistently position self to maintain files in file cabinets or assist students.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in all situations.
- Occasional movement of students by wheelchair or other mechanical devices.
- The person in this position may encounter students exhibiting physical aggression; must be comfortable working in periods of crisis and feel comfortable de-escalating individually or as a team.
Salary Description
$68,000-$71,000/year
