    As a Swimming Pool Service Technician, you will deliver pool cleaning and maintenance services to customers on a regular basis. You will receive a vehicle and tools to handle your route, service, clean, and maintain pool chemical balance for your clients. Each week, you will bring joy to your customers!

    Requirements include a valid driver's license, positive attitude, customer focus, and team spirit.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Test water quality and add necessary chemicals
    • Clean skimmers and pump strainer
    • Vacuum pool and remove debris
    • Brush steps, walls, and tiles
    • Remove debris from pool surface
    • Inspect pool equipment
    • Perform filter backwash
    • Document work completed
    • Communicate efficiently with team and customers via email and messaging apps
    • Manage chemical, parts, and supplies inventory as required
    • Other assigned tasks

    Qualifications

    • Pass pre-employment checks for background, drug, and driving record
    • Must possess valid driver's license, 3 years driving history, and clean driving record
    • Reliability and honesty
    • Detail-oriented and customer service abilities
    • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to new procedures
    • Knowledge of proper pool cleaning methods and chemical usage
    • Capacity to work autonomously, manage workload and schedule
    • Maintain positive relationships with colleagues
    • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
    • Extended periods of standing
    • Outdoor work in all seasons
