Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized at-home infusion care in Waipahu.
• Administer IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, and other specialized infusion treatments.
• Perform patient health assessments, adapting care plans as needed.
• Ensure detailed treatment documentation in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care.
• Maintain infusion equipment to high standards.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy and overall health management.

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree with significant RN experience, or experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
• Valid nursing license in Hawaii.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to travel locally in Waipahu for patient visits.
• Proficient in EMR and healthcare software use.
