    Job DescriptionDescription:

    We are looking for an experienced CNC operator, day or night shift. This position requires a person who is quality conscious and mechanically inclined. Willing to work in a team atmosphere and a good attendance record are important. The ability to work on our own and take initiative to complete required tasks in a timely and organized manner. Also, good communication skills and a positive attitude are important.

    Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday (Days)

    4:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Monday - Friday (Afternoons)

    Available to work overtime as needed.


    Requirements:
    • Must have prior CNC experience (minimum 1 year)
    • Produce quality parts and maintain production levels.
    • Ability to diagnosis mechanical difficulties and perform trouble-shooting
    • Basic cleaning, oiling and general maintenance of CNC machines and inspection boxes.
    • Continuously stock machines with production materials as required.
    • Change tools, drills and inserts in machine as needed.
    • Knowledge and skills to read blue prints required
    • Basic computer skills required
    • Knowledge and skills to read micrometers (o.d. mics, i.d. mics, calipers) required
    • Able to lift 50 lbs. or more
    • Complete other duties as assigned.
