Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master (V Level) to join our team for a critical new client implementation project.

You will play a vital role in guiding our team through successful Agile practices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the project delivers on time and within budget.

Agile Leadership and Coaching:

Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum) within the team and across the organization.
Coach and mentor the development team on Agile best practices.

Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies:
Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Project Management and Tracking:

Collaborate with the product owner and stakeholders on project backlog management and prioritization.
Oversee the project roadmap and ensure alignment with client goals.
Monitor project progress using burndown charts and other Agile metrics.
Identify and escalate potential risks and roadblocks proactively.

Team Facilitation and Collaboration:
o Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
o Manage team conflicts constructively and facilitate open communication.
o Remove impediments that hinder team progress and ensure smooth task execution.
o Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Client Communication:
o Facilitate clear and transparent communication between the Scrum team and the client.
o Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with project deliverables.
o Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.

Experience and Expertise (V Level):
o Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling Agile teams (5+ years).
o In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
o Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
o Expertise in facilitating engaging and productive Scrum ceremonies.
o Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting.
o Experience in managing complex client implementation projects.
o Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile coaching role.
Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized.
Passionate about Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
