    We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

    The Revenue Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue generating process and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

    In this role, you will:
    Be an early member of the Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for many aspects of the performance, strategy, and alignment of Sales Operations in the company
    You will help to oversee operations and strategic growth of the Go-To-Market (GTM) org
    Work with Executive and Leadership teams to optimize existing revenue models and create new revenue streams using strong data interpretation skills to guide the strategy
    Create strategies that drive all teams within the Go-To-Market umbrella to work cohesively and maximize revenue
    Work with Finance Leadership to create yearly capacity and headcount plans
    Manage operating rhythms such as weekly reviews, forecasts, KPI reviews, and OKRs
    Work with Sales and Marketing Leadership to create and implement system improvements, territory planning, reporting dashboards, and more
    Manage Sales Operations sprints and project management reviews
    What we consider critical for the role:

    5+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar in a SaaS focused company
    Experience working directly with senior leadership and executive teams
    Strong knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, system applications, and some experience in systems such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, Bizible, 6Sense, LeanData, etc
    Previous senior analyst experience in sales, marketing, or revenue operations
    Experience ideating, developing and implementing RevOps strategies
    Proven ability to find, recommend and implement needle moving changes
    Experience in process design and optimization across marketing and sales

    is competitive and will be determined based on a combination of experience, seniority, internal, external equity and location

    this position in the US would pay between

    $121,000 - $161,000 U

    SD per year, depending on experience and seniority. In other regions,

    compensation

    will be adjusted for local currency and local market rates. Lily AI
