Job summary
Apex Systems is seeking an Unified Communications Analyst to support the strategy and scheduling for the implementation of an enterprise-wide upgrade migrating all services from legacy Avaya/Centrex to SIP unified communications platform.

- Support strategy and scheduling for enterprise-wide upgrade migration
- Create detailed time and material estimates for new system builds
- Troubleshoot complex issues within legacy Avaya and SIP/VoIP/Call Center platforms
