Job summary
+The Head Setter or Routesetting Manager manages the routesetting program for the designated facility(s). They are expected to manage the day-to-day routesetting operations through leading a team,+,+organizing setting assignments,+scheduling,+and partnering with the Gym Director and the Director of Setting.+Above all,+the Head Setter will work together with other departments and leaders to deliver+,+high-quality product.
- Routesetting:+Set 3–4 days per week,+ensuring timely turnover and quality standards.
- Leadership & Team Development:+Provide direct oversight of the routesetting team+
