The right candidate has...

3-5 years of distribution, warehouse, E-commerce operations (or related management experience)

Bachelor's degree preferred; HSED required

Excellent communication skills

-A current position managing supervisors in a distribution and E-commerce retail environment

Knowledge of Radio Frequency, WMS and Labor Management systems a plus

Industry leading leadership skills

Experience using warehouse management systems

Strong problem solving skills

An ability to train and motivate others
