As a Consumption Account Manager, you will guide customers to accelerate consumption of Data 360 & Agentforce on the Customer 360 Platform.This role combines technical and commercial responsibilities. You will drive growth in your assigned customers and use cases by leading stakeholders, managing executive relationships, creating consumption plans,
and acting as post-sale technical lead for Data 360 & Agentforce.
- Develop an understanding of customer's implementation.
- Engage with strategic customers to understand their goals.
- Create adoption plan showing current state target future state timeline enablement Plan.
