Job summary
Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking a Junior Optical Engineer or Physicist to support weapon system sensor/seeker simulation, testing, and evaluation development planning analysis may include optical system requirements design development analysis scene projector optics integration seeker/sensor laser infrared radiometry cameras sources.The ideal candidate will have experience in optical systems optical engineering sensors/seeker testing hardware-in-the-loop HWIL simulation.
Development support activities include design assembly alignment testing optical systems illumination laser systems operational support activities configuration radiometric calibration operation specialized equipment missile sensors seekers electro-optical sensors,
Responsibilities
- Provide optical engineering design development integration test verification expertise activities scene projection weapon system integration test.
- Serve optics team member coordinate other optics subject matter experts SMEs.
- Design develop laser optical solutions testing seekers/sensors.
