- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective responses
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvements to products, services, and customer support processes
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote customer loyalty and retention
- Provide product and service information to customers, including pricing, availability, and delivery options
- Manage and track customer orders and shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, providing personalized support and service as needed
- Experience customer service, marketing, or related field, but not limited to
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
