    Bindery

    Position – Binder

    Job Location – Random Lake, WI

    Starting Date – Immediate

    Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

    Employment Type – Full-Time

    Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3:00pm) 2nd Shift (3:00pm – 11:00pm) 3rd Shift (11:00pm – 7:00am)

    Starting Pay – Starting at $17.00 per hour plus shift premiums up to $1.00/hr

    Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

    Required Education – HSD/GED preferred

    Required Experience – Printing or manufacturing 1 year

    Responsible for aiding in the production of materials in bindery. Packaging, labeling and finishing products. Helping to load machines.

    Responsibilities

    • Load pockets with material
    • Packaging printed pieces
    • Quality inspection
    • Hand collating
    • USPS mailing regulations
    • Assist cutting, folding collating, stitching and binding of jobs
    • Complete production records
    • Work overtime as needed

    Qualifications

    • HSD or GED or equivalent preferred
    • 1 year manufacturing
    • Successfully complete forklift certification
    • Ability lift 50lbs regularly
    • Close vision, distance vision and color vision required
    • Able to work in hot dusty environment
    • Basic math understanding
