    Job Description


    Reporting to the Zurn Finance Director – Operations, the Financial Analyst is responsible for assigned general corporate accounting duties as well as assisting with the monthly actual and forecast reporting processes.

    This will include collecting and providing reports that will be utilized by the management team on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

    The Financial Analyst will also assist in ad-hoc financial analysis/special projects/strategic initiatives and play role in developing dynamic and visual data representation in Tableau.

    Key Accountabilities
    Own weekly coding, reporting, and month end processes for freight and duty payment activity
    Own freight account reconciliation
    Assist with weekly and monthly reporting to provide value analyses to meet business initiatives
    Provide monthly reporting for indirect materials and diversity spend
    Assist with the development of Tableau dashboards showing performance for logistics and purchasing teams
    Develop strong working relationships with purchasing and logistics partners in order to effectively carry out responsibilities
    Assist with special, ad-hoc projects as required, including identified cost-out initiatives
    Identify and execute continuous improvement activities

    Qualifications/Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    2+ years of accounting/finance experience
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) preferred
    Experience with tableau preferred
    Excellent organizational, planning, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
    Strong problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks.
    Highly motivated with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment.
    Ability to work individually or in a team atmosphere
