Job summary
The account manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of small to mid-sized accounts that are routine/moderately complex.Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage a small to mid-size book of business in accordance with the Agency's renewal timeline as efficiently as possible
- Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes and inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures
