Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• On-call requirements include at least 2 weekends in 8-week schedule and 1-2 nights during the week

• Weekday call starts at 5:30 PM or 7:00 PM and goes until 7:00 AM next morning

• Weekend call runs from 7:00 AM Saturday until 7:00 AM Monday (48 hours)

• Once trained in neuro, call responsibilities split between cardiac and neuro procedures

• Handle daily caseload of 15-30 patients across 5 procedure rooms

• Perform diagnostic right and left heart catheterizations and interventional procedures

• Operate specialized equipment including Rotablator, IABP, and closure devices

• Circulate and scrub procedures while maintaining sterile field

• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and perform hemodynamic monitoring

• Work with middle adult to geriatric patient population

• Complete computerized documentation using Epic system

• Maintain equipment and inventory supplies

• 2 years of experience in specialty required

• Required certifications: ARRT, ACLS, BLS

• Michigan nursing license with LARA and Nursys verification required

• Strict 3-strike attendance policy - termination for 3 absences or late arrivals over 20 minutes

• May float to different units as needed

Adex Job ID # Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
