Facilities Specialist in Ohio

Uline is expanding its operations to Ohio and seeks a skilled Facilities Specialist to maintain the company's world-class facilities.

This on-site position requires someone who shares our passion for providing quality products and great service.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and minor building projects
Maintain electrical lighting, HVAC, and generator systems
Adjust, maintain, and repair exterior and interior doors and locks
Inspect and test fire protection systems
Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities
Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry
Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner
Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs
