Description

IDR seeks a Data Quality Analyst to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across the organization.

Position Overview

Perform tests and comparisons on large data sets.
Run data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions.
Gather and interpret data from primary or secondary sources.
Evaluate system enhancements and recommend resolutions for identified issues.
Collaborate with data engineers to improve and standardize data collection and storage processes.
Communicate corrective actions to staff and leadership when errors are discovered.
Define and maintain data standards, definitions, and models.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or information management.
At least 5 years of experience in a data analysis role.
Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
Strong understanding of database management, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and tests.
Experience with data organization and calculation programs.
Exceptional analytical and advanced problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
