    Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in therecruiting support services through the company recruiting support process, standards, and systemswould be a big plus.


    Pay Range:
    $20-21/hr.

    The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factorsResponsibilities:
    Provide recruiting support services through the company recruiting support process, standards, and systemsAd Hoc and Power Day Scheduling.
    Serve as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clientsNegotiate times and schedules to finalize candidate interviewsGuide candidates through the interview process (onsite and virtually)

    Partners with others to ensure flawless execution of the interviewing processBuilds and maintains strong relationships with recruiters, interviewers, and executive/administrative professionalsManage confidential files and other privileged information in a professional mannerEffectively sell and represent the Company as a top employerOversee travel details and communications between candidates, recruiters, and our travel partnerPrepare various materials, reports, and files for interviews and consensus meetingsMinimum Qualifications:
    Experience with Google Suite
    • Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.
    A minimum of 1-year experience Customer Service experienceAbility to commute into the office Tue-Thu
