The Hybrid Sales Representative will plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action and will operate in a 50% virtual and 50% field base with business travel as needed.Execute efficient virtual calls meetings strategic engagements with assigned targets deliver impactful sales presentations in a professional compliant ethical manner Develop manage weekly call schedule deliver branded disease state sales messages planned promotional programs through total account management including product access reimbursement on-label medical questions Collaborate coordinate field-based stakeholders territory region proactively address customer needs identify market dynamics develop strategies ensure optimal success Maintain accurate timely documentation all activities ensure compliance corporate industry policy procedures Engage customers in-person interactions virtual meetings requested required within assigned geography delivering scientific clinically targeted messages launch grow current future brands Actively participate regional meetings conference calls required training sessions support ongoing development alignment Develop maintain strong disease state knowledge exemplary selling skills Flexible Hybrid Role 50% virtual 50% field supporting client business needs priority HCPs whitespace short-term LOAs needed At Syneos Health dedicated building diverse inclusive authentic workplace If your past experience doesn't align perfectly we encourage you apply anyway At times we will consider transferable skills previous roles
