CSI Companies has an immediate opening for a Marketing Consulting Coordinator for one of our large, stable clients.

This individual will be instrumental in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of marketing initiatives across various markets and local levels on behalf of Operators.

Schedule:

8 AM - 5 PM, Standard Business Hours

Responsibilities:

Efficient Execution:
Ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing initiatives across various markets and local levels on behalf of Operators.

Issue Resolution:

Act as a key point of contact for issue resolution and support for Operators, emphasizing project management, timeliness, speed, and accuracy.

Collaborative Communication:

Work closely with program leaders and subject matter experts to develop impactful communications for both internal and external purposes.

Communication Logistics:
Manage communication logistics, including writing, editing, designing, and ensuring quality control for executive presentations, email campaigns, and SharePoint.

Minimum Qualifications:

3 years of experience in an Account Management, Marketing, or Project Management role.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
Proficiency in key mediums such as PowerPoint presentations, email communications, infographic development, and SharePoint management.


Background Requirements:
Standard federal background check.
Education (EDU) and Employment (EMP) verification.
Highest level of education achieved.
Drug test required.
2-3 professional references.
