Muskegon Maritime Academy is seeking a full-time School Principal to join our team starting in July of 2024

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Encouraging, guiding and assisting student leaders and teachers
• Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success
• Providing an atmosphere free of any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential

Qualifications/Education:

• A Masters Degree, Specialist, or advanced degree in educational leadership, curriculum, or related field. Candidates must possess the required certification credits mandated by the State of Michigan.
• Must possess and provide evidence of State of Michigan School Administrator Certification.
• Must have at least 5 years of teaching experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of school leadership experience
