    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Participate in teaching activities in the MS/DI program and/or DCN program, as well as mentoring students and post-doctoral fellows.
    • Conduct scholarly research related to nutrition, physical activity, and/or behavioral science.
    • Participate in publishing articles in peer-reviewed journals.
    • Participate in core faculty activities.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • An earned academic doctoral degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Behavioral Science, Health Behavior, or a similar field (Ph.
    D. or equivalent).


    • Experience in teaching students at a college or graduate level.
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Postdoctoral training in a related field.
    • Service to the field in the form of peer review and/or participation in related national/international organizations.
    • An active ongoing research program including funded research projects and peer reviewed scholarly publications as first or senior/corresponding author.

    SALARY:
    Commensurate with experience.
