    *_PRN Home Infusion_*Are you interested in working with Home Care Agency? Are you looking for a PRN position? Come join our team Helms Home Care is in search of registered nurses who can provide infusion therapy nursing services to patients in their homes with a desire to serve patients with compassion and personalized care.

    *About Helms Home Care*:
    Helms Home Care is a skilled nursing services company based out of Denver, NC.

    Our agency provides in-home infusion care to patients of all ages in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, and Kentucky.

    *Responsibilities*:
    • As per the Patients needs perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, medication administration (Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds), blood draws
    • Provide patient education on self-administration of medication
    • Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit in a timely manner
    *Requirements*:
    • Current Registered Nurse license with competent in the duties described above
    • Minimum 1-year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care
    • Reliable transportation, access to a printer/scanner/fax machine
    • Must be able to communicate promptly with our scheduling personnel
    • Expect to do 2 visits per week
    • Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
