    Celigo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR)

    to join our growing sales organization. Business Development is the foundation of our sales organization where new business opportunities come to life.

    Our BDR's are assigned to a specific geographic territory and are responsible for lead generation & qualification to drive new business and expand existing business by conducting outreach into companies across the US and speaking with the Line of Business, IT, and CXOs about their integration needs and initiatives.

    This position entails prospecting, nurturing, and identifying qualified opportunities to bolster the sales pipeline

    Responsibilities include managing and creating outbound campaigns, identifying key decision-makers, and conducting initial sales conversations to generate interest

    Acquire an in-depth knowledge of our ICP's and Key Personas to drive meaningful conversations, and effectively qualify each prospect.

    Conduct research on potential leads through business directories, web searches, and digital resources; evaluate potential accounts, and identify key players aligned with ongoing marketing and sales campaigns

    Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize new and strategically significant expansion opportunities

    Create personalized emails to engage prospects & accounts

    Utilize social selling techniques to expand the network and open up new opportunities

    Treat inbound inquiries with a sense of urgency and ensure they receive appropriate support


    Qualifications :
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field is preferred but not required

    1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is a plus

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle rejection professionally


    Familiarity with various digital tools and platforms used for sales, such as social media management software, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, etc.

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Strong analytical skills to effectively research potential customers and identify opportunities for sales.

    Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

    Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between

    $45,000 per hour and 50,000 per hour

    for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
