Details/Requirements:
--Will be seeing ages 6 and up

--Child fellowship required

--Coverage needed Thursdays and Fridays and can increase hours in the future

--Will be seeing patients with substance abuse + mental health issues

--Around three-week credentialing process

--One hour evaluations, 20 for medication management

--Must be enrolled in eMed for Medicaid

--New York license and required
