    Sr. Sales Support/Account Coordinator

    We are seeking an energetic, organized, and attentive individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and expertise with supporting outside sales professionals.     As a Sr. Sales Support/Account Coordinator, you will support and partner with Outside Sales to serve our valued customers. You will work directly with customers, suppliers, and various internal departments with forecasting and timelines. You will have daily contact with Outside Sales to discuss new customer leads, custom projects, research existing business, and clarify the intricacies of customer orders. This includes sourcing, quoting, order entry, warehouse inventory management and working with our logistics and quality teams to support customer needs.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Manage accounts: build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and suppliers and assist with maximizing sales opportunities within key accounts
    • Work jointly with Outside Sales Representative(s) to obtain the best option(s) for pricing proposals to the customer, order and ship samples, follow-up on all leads and orders, manage and report on warehoused inventory levels
    • Communicate regularly with assigned OSRs to foster a team approach, similar to your own internal small business, to provide superior service to our customers and promote profitable sales growth
    • Ensure on time delivery and accuracy of order entry
    • Ensure all pertinent customer information is entered and tracked in our CRM system
    • Effectively utilize all Gamer systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and CRM)
    • Work closely with manufacturing/supplier partners to source products and determine the best solution to meet the needs of the customer
    • Troubleshoot and quickly resolve any issues that may compromise quality, accuracy, and timeliness of every order
    • Work closely with other department personnel on sales and purchase order processing, invoicing, quality issues, and warehousing details
    • Exhibit extreme attention to detail on all applications
    • Exhibit firm understanding of mathematical concepts to craft intricacies of a custom project

    The skills and expertise you will bring to the role:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years experience supporting outside sales and/or customer service; distribution sales experience is a plus
    • Excellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • A high sense of urgency with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and follow up effectively
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • "Roll-up your sleeves" mentality with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
    • Team-oriented mentality and willingness to share ideas and support peers as needed
    • Prior experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft CRM a plus
