    We are working with a General Contractor that has over 30+ years in the Nashville market, leading GC in the light industrial / tilt up space.

    This company is looking to add a valuable Superintendents that have over 10+ years in the industry and has experience in ground up industrial and tilt up projects

    This company is one of the region's most established General Contractors, serving the area for 30+ years, they have become a staple in the Nashville market with over $500 million in current projects.

    This company is planning on growing their staff by double this year and is looking for the leadership of the future of their company.

    The Superintendent - Industrial Projects will be responsible for:
    Reporting to VP of Operations on large ground up Industrial projects
    Responsible for general supporting contract, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications
    Building the schedule and coordinating all subcontractors
    Work with the project management team to maintain the project's schedule
    Ensuring quality control on various aspects of the project
    Maintain a set of production documents and update daily so an accurate picture of work in place is consistently maintained
    Maintain and review the safety plan as needed to ensure the project site is up to company standard
    Superintendent - Industrial Projects will have:
    ~10+ years of superintendent experience in the light industrial / tilt up construction space
    ~ Strong communication skills, particularly with subcontractors and other project team members
    ~ a Bachelor's Degree if applicable

    The Superintendent - Institutional Projects will receive:
    ~ Monthly car allowance OR company truck
