Job Description
The Leadership Development Associate plays a key role in supporting leadership initiatives, training programs, and internal development strategies. This position is ideal for individuals who are driven, analytical, and eager to contribute to leadership growth within a professional environment.
You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to help design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs that drive long-term success.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of leadership development programs
Assist in creating training materials, workshops, and learning resources
Collaborate with internal teams to identify leadership development needs
Track program progress and contribute to performance evaluations
Participate in strategy meetings and leadership initiatives
Maintain organized documentation and reports related to development programs
