    Job Description:

    We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at U-Haul. As a key member of our support team, you will be the face of our exceptional service, ensuring that customers receive all the help they need on their journeys.

    Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with U-Haul products and services, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment, answering questions and educating customers about our products and services, preparing rental invoices, and accepting equipment returned from rental.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center
    • Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
    • Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
    • Clean and inspect equipment
    • Answer questions and educate customers
    • Prepare rental invoices
    • Accept equipment returned from rental
